Crowned lemur pair, Mosi (L) and Seshat, enjoy some quiet time away from their kids Seshen (born May 2015) and Kek, (Born May, 2016). Male Mosi looks like he might be gearing up for Valentine's Day, but if he is expecting anything beyond fond glances and warm scent marks from his Seshat, he might be out of luck. Crowned lemur breeding season peaks in December and January and the pair was seen breeding in late December. If Seshat is pregnant the infant will be born in early May (when 45% of crowned lemur births occur) or late April (36% of births).
