_DSC5999EDSHP_12420pc 7233 calpurnia 6538 drusilla

At nearly 25 years of age, Drusilla (r) is by far the oldest sifaka female to be housed at the Lemur Center, and she is still going strong (the second oldest female was Flavia who died in 2004 at 21.5 years of age). Hence, Drusilla is undisputedly the queen of NHE 9, if not the entire Lemur Center. Apparently though, in typical teen fashion, two year old daughter, Calpurnia, regards Drusilla as nothing more than a convenient foot stool. From her pose, it's obvious who Calpurnia thinks is the true sifaka queen!
